There's a special word for the total bullshit that's going on in the streets of Paris right now - “La Canicule”

A heat wave - as people commonly call it - where it's nearly 40 degrees outside, and you don't just not want to leave the house unless you absolutely have to; you basically don't feel like moving at all

Today was still relatively bearable, even though my Garmin read 37 degrees on my wrist, but on Saturday, when we’ll be at VivaTech with our booth, the outdoor temperature is expected to be around 37, and it’s scary to even think about what it’ll be like indoors - especially since we were at the expo today, and even though we could feel the air conditioners running, it didn’t seem like they were keeping up

Overall, it won't be boring, but I fucking hate the heat ...
