Vacation. What a sweet word for someone who hasn’t had a proper break in almost two years. Lying on the beach when it’s 40 outside isn’t really my style, and I didn’t really feel like it anyway, so - the mountains. It’s cool in the mountains

2,100 meters above sea level, a 30-minute ride on the cable car, and suddenly you're looking down on a part of Switzerland from above

We could walk there, but five hours in the heat is still too much even for me - especially on vacation. And let’s not forget that we’re here to recharge, not to kill ourselves; we’ll save that for later

It was a bit sad that a thunderstorm rumbling around the mountain prevented us from spending a little more time there. So we decided to head down to avoid having to spend the night there (I wonder if they provide hotel accommodations in case of a storm?)
